Grace Noe

Grace Noe is an artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art, concentrating in Photography and Imaging from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She also holds a minor in Journalism, Advertising, and Media Studies along with a Digital Arts and Culture certificate. Noe is originally from a small town in Wisconsin and works mainly in the medium of photography. She has also participated in many art exhibitions throughout her college career, showcasing work in photography, drawing, fibers, and ceramics including the Union Art Gallery’s 50th Annual Juried Show in March of 2023 and the BFA Capstone Exhibition in May of 2023. She received the Wisconsin Study Abroad Grant which assisted in her enrollment in classes at the Santa Reparata International School of Art and Design in Florence, Italy during the Summer of 2022. Her role as an officer in UWM’s Focus Photography Club, as well as her classroom assistantship for an Introduction to Photography class, provided her with valuable leadership opportunities and connections within the art community. Although her focus is in photography, her passion lies in all forms of art. Noe expects to continue to grow and progress within her own creative process through her travels and personal research.
